Responsibility

• Design solutions focused on customer needs, balancing usability and technical feasibility.

• Make data-driven and best-practice-based decisions to enhance user experience.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to align on goals and solutions.

• Be the voice of the user, advocating for their needs throughout the product lifecycle.

• Actively engage in the team’s workflows, contributing pragmatic and fast solutions that drive progress.

Task Description

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and task flows that align with user needs and business goals.

• Work hand-in-hand with Digital Analytics teams to pinpoint problematic areas and iterate on solutions.

• Simplify complex challenges through clear, user-centric design iterations.

• Support the team in adopting efficient, collaborative ways of working, including adherence to A/B testing processes.

Profile

• Experience: At least 3 years in UX/UI design, preferably within agile environments and digital B2B/B2C projects.

• Skills: Proficient in design, prototyping, and collaboration tools (e.g., Wireframe, Figma, Azure, Zeplin, JIRA). Strong analytical thinking and passion for data-based decision-making.

• Mindset: Agile, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with a focus on collaboration and simplicity.

• Languages: Fluent English.
